Who is taylor?
I'm obsessed with bodies and their movement. From a 600-hour comprehensive Pilates certification to a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to a CrossFit certification and everything in between, I'm fascinated by how the body works and, more importantly, how it should work. My goal is simple: to help you move well so you can feel better. Because life's too short to feel stiff and achy.
My approach to Pilates is rooted in the Classical tradition—it's smart, precise, and gets real results. Forget the fluff; we're here to build a foundation of strength from the inside out. I'm not here to make you a "Pilates princess"; I'm here to empower you to feel strong, confident, and in control of your body. Think of me as your guide to unlocking your own power.
Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, I'm here to help. This practice is for every body, and I'm confident that together, we can work towards a healthier, happier you.
I believe that true wellness is about finding joy in and out of the studio, and for me, that means a balanced life filled with movement, laughter, and a crip glass of prosecco.
